FAQs

We've taken the most popular questions we receive and summarised them below in our list of Frequently Asked Questions so you can have an informed choice. More details on our training can be found on the course pages and also under the Delegate Information main heading within the navigation bar.

Remember: if your question is not here and you require more information on any aspect of our training then please contact us.

What do I need to bring to the course?

Can I bring my own laptop?

Can I bring my own project?

Is there parking at my training venue?

What about refreshments and lunch?

What about payment for my course?

Is the training with Mac or Windows?

We cater for both operating systems at all our training centres. Just let us know your preference when you book and we'll ensure everything is in place when you attend your course. Please note certain courses are operating system-centric (e.g. Apple Final Cut Pro requires training on Mac).

What do I need to bring to the course?

Just bring yourself along with plenty of time to find the venue and get relaxed beforehand. We supply everything – pads, pens, a course book and lunch/refreshments with every course.

Can I bring my own laptop?

We must use our training centre workstations for all training, because of software licensing agreements with Adobe but you may bring your own laptop if you wish. We have broadband and cable internet access should you wish to get connected.

Can I bring my own project?

All our scheduled training courses use our published training outlines as per this website. We try our very best to follow the course outlines to ensure everyone receives the training they expect. We will try to accommodate personal requests as much as possible but with no guarantee. If you wish to receive more personal training on your particular project, we would recommend private training.

Is there parking at my training venue?

Most of our training locations are based in the centre of a major city. We would recommend public transport or use of local car parks near to the location. Our Cardiff and Bristol venues have 60 parking spaces at the rear of the Regus building.

What about refreshments and lunch?

We have a more detailed explanation here, but most of our training centres have a voucher scheme system for lunch whilst others have a buffet-style lunch menu with options to suit various diets.

What about payment for my course?

We require payment prior to the start of all courses unless a credit account has been requested. We accept payment via bank transfer, BACS, CHAPS, cheque and we also accept all major debit and credit cards – just let us know the best method for you.

How about splitting my course?

All our 5-day Masterclass courses can be taken in smaller segments. For example, our Web Masterclass, which comprises a 3-day Dreamweaver course immediately followed by a 2-day Flash course, can be split so you can take the courses over a 2-block period. Just let us know when booking or making your enquiry.

Does my course come with a certificate?

Thanks to extensive customer feedback, we use a very successful eCertificate system after completion of your course. The day following successful completion of your course, we will email you a personalised certificate. Gone are the days of soggy certificates – now you can save and print them … forever!

After my course, do I become Adobe Certified?

You will receive an official Adobe Authorised Training Centre course completion certificate after your course, which is different to the Adobe Certified Associate Associate or Expert qualification. We run courses that enable you to get on the fast track to Adobe Certified status.
