Jon Bessant is an Adobe Certified Expert and Instructor in Acrobat 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 Professional Extended along with Livecycle Designer 7, InDesign CS2, CS3, CS4, InCopy and he also holds Enfocus® Certified Expert status. He is the technical consultant specializing in Adobe Acrobat, PDF/X, Enfocus products, PDF Workflows and print production. Jon has been utilising Acrobat and PDF since 1994 in the creative and print environments. He has presented at European Seybold Seminars and various UK events including Adobe Live, Digital Solutions. PIRA, Pre-Press Strategies and the Publishing Expo to name a few. In addition, a featured Expert and Presenter within Adobe's Acrobat Usergroup and a Senior Adobe Presenter within the official UK Consultancy Project. A solid contributor to the Adobe User-to-User forums in the Acrobat and PDF communities, he travels the UK and Europe providing training and consultancy services to companies large and small

Richard Bird is an Associate of the Institute of IT Training (TAP accredited) and is an Adobe Certified Expert and Instructor in Photoshop CS, CS2, CS3, InDesign CS, CS2, CS3, CS4., Illustrator CS, CS2 and InCopy. Richard has gained his 30 plus years experience in the design industry starting at the London College of Printing followed by a long career as a magazine designer and art editor of many well-known titles. Later on switching to the advertising industry he made a name as a freelance typographer and studio manager with several of the larger agencies. A trainer for seven years he enjoys bringing his wealth of knowledge and experience to others with patience and understanding

Born in England, Mark moved to California in 1981 but returned to the UK for family reasons in 1998, and holds dual US / British citizenship. He's been a freelance graphic designer since 1990 prior to which worked in commercial printing for eleven years, eventually becoming the production manager of one of the largest printing companies in north California. Mark used a wide variety of software on both Mac and Windows with his freelance work in order to generate print-ready files. He began training in 2000 and hold Adobe ACE certifications in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Flash. Mark has books currently in print, ‘Getting It Right In Print’ and ‘Software Essentials' . He lives in Wales on a 2-acre smallholding with eleven sheep, three chickens, two dogs...and one wife.

Tony Harmer is a qualified teacher of adults in the lifelong learning sector and an Adobe Certified Expert and Instructor in several products, currently holding over 40 certifications from Adobe and former Macromedia. With a background in Illustration and design, he has over 25 years industry experience in print, online and on screen projects and is also the chapter leader for the London InDesign User Group.
Tony produces a fortnightly podcast called 4T which is available on iTunes., covering different aspects of Design Premium topics and has recently started writing for Computer Arts magazine

Marek Mularczyk is an Adobe Certified Expert and Instructor in Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Contribute, Flash and Lightroom. Established as a professional photographer for over 10 years Marek enjoys all apsects of the Adobe Creative Suite to enhance his photography. Winner of numerous awards in his native Poland, Marek travels Europe in search of that perfect picture. With a very gentle disposition Marek is the newest addition to the Certitec team and has already acquired many emails of commendation
