Technical Support for 6 months with all our courses

We look forward to any questions you have that arise from taking any of our Adobe training courses. We handle all support queries for up to 6 months from when you take your last training session.

Please use our support form below to send us your query. If you have an attachment then please email us, making sure your attachment is no larger than 10MB. If your file is larger than this, please use a service such as acrobat.com to upload the file and then send us a download link.

Over 95% of our support questions are answered by the next day. Otherwise please allow 2-days for when our certified professionals are away from the business.

Our support is available to individuals having taken their course with Certitec and is valid for 6 months from the finishing date of their course. Technical support will be for the course content of the course attended.
