Certitec has Adobe Certified Experts and Instructor for each and every course. To keep our standards high we only use Certified Instructor's so you're safe in the knowledge that both the training and the answers you receive are first class.

Two of our Adobe Certified Instructors hold a total of 13 current Adobe Certified Expert accreditations between them. In addition Certitec has a breadth of knowledge covering accredited Adobe experience in publishing, print, web, mobile and video.

Jon Bessant
	Jon Bessant is an Adobe Certified Expert and Instructor in Acrobat 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 along with Livecycle Designer 7, InDesign CS2, CS3, InCopy CS2 and he also holds Enfocus Certified Expert status. He is the technical consultant specializing in Adobe Acrobat, PDF/X, Enfocus products, PDF Workflows and print production. Jon has been utilising Acrobat and PDF since 1994 in the creative and print environments. He has presented at European Seybold Seminars and various UK events including Adobe Live, Digital Solutions. PIRA, Pre-Press Strategies and the Publishing Expo to name a few. In addition, a featured Expert within Adobe's Acrobat Usergroup and a Senior Adobe Presenter within the official UK Consultancy Project. A solid contributor to the Adobe User-to-User forums in the Acrobat and PDF communities, he travels the UK and Europe providing training and consultancy services to companies large and small.
Richard Bird
	Richard Bird is an Associate of the Institute of IT Training (TAP accredited) and is an Adobe Certified Expert and Instructor in Photoshop CS, CS2, CS3, InDesign CS, CS2, CS3., Illustrator CS, CS2 and InCopy CS2. Richard has gained his 30 plus years experience in the design industry starting at the London College of Printing then into the print industry followed by a long career as a magazine designer and art editor of many well-known titles. Later on switching to the advertising industry he made a name as a freelance typographer and studio manager with several of the larger advertising agencies. A trainer now for six years he enjoys bringing his wealth of knowledge and experience to others with patience and understanding
Samantha Harris
	Samantha Harris is the Training Manager at Certitec. Thought of more as a consultant she has over 20 years experience in newspaper and magazine publishing production handling clients across the UK and Europe. You might have already met Samantha at various conferences and seminars on the Certitec stand providing information on our consultancy and courses to all our client base. Samantha will be your first contact with any call made to Certitec and controls our authorised training team
